Anything less is futile …
I just finished reading the book “The Harbinger” by Jonathan Cahn (it’s basically testimony of a modern prophet from God) and all I can say is Wow, I can’t believe this book has been out this long and I just now read it, and for that part just realized it even existed. The last decade of my life has been absolutely full of family trauma from my broken neck and surgery gone bad (leaving me disabled) to my wife’s acute myeloid leukemia (incurables disease leaving her disabled) and my sons VLCHAD (a rare genetic disorder from birth with a high mortality rate). That was a mouthful, but true, and the story of my life which transpired around 2014.(working on an inspirational book about how tragedy brought me to God) Although each injury/illness made each one of us disabled in a different way, (my wife’s and son’s condition were terminal), yet each one has been delivered from a death sentence only by the grace of God. In a faith shaken world where faith is being abandoned for fun, I was being deliberately delivered these terrible things in my life to draw me back to where I belonged, in the Love of God through Jesus Christ our savior.
As my life unfolded (around 2105-2016) I was baptized and joined Jewel City Church and dedicated my life to God, which led me to be perfectly clear in what I have learned. The original prayer to give your life to Christ is definitely the most important coming to God and Christ there is, but most definitely shouldn’t be your last coming to God if you are following your faith correctly. Now I am not saying you your gonna fall away and have to be brought back again, I’m not pronouncing failure. I’m saying, after you give your life to Christ, through the continual search of what faith and life really are, the continued renewing of your mind in Christ, translating forever changing faith in the direction of truth, always learning more you will find that he is reaching for you, shaping and grooming you to rid you of all your sin. (Therefore having many comings to Jesus as he shows you a lot of your principles and values are built on a lie, your own interpretation of the rules and not actually Gods word.). I Have written in my journal atleast three times claiming to have finally found myself in Jesus and finally understood Gods calling, and the truth I have learned is …I still don’t understand, except by mere mortal human standards. Understanding by mere human standards and not Gods standard is of no use to us at all. Which leads to more continued search of the word to follow.
The most important part of being saved and Finding Christ, is putting the word into action in your life. To understand why it is important and to actually practice what you learn. To be part of anything, (a job at a factory, or a career in armed forces, or a house wife/husband whom stays home for kids and family), you need to know what it takes to succeed at what you doing. So in turn, to be a successful Christian, you need to what it takes to succeed as a Christian. That information is contained mainly in the Bible, and is widely available to all in America in many different versions. So by saying this, you can also say that if your not reading the Bible each day (enough each day to find the word you need ) and applying that word to your life, your actions, and your thoughts, that you are drifting away from God. Now a lot will take this offensive, but as for anything your doing if life, the only thing you have to do to drift away from where you are or want to be is …”nothing”. Stop interacting with your spouse, your relationship will drift apart. Stop rowing or using a trolling motor on your boat and you will drift away from where you want to fish. Stop paying attention in class and your grades will fall. This works in anything you fill in the blanks with. So with that being said as we all drift away from God we lose sight of what life is actually supposed to be about, and we replace it with all kinds of different desires. Now this is what eventually leads to the breakdown of society. Now society has transformed into whoever has biggest and the best are the best and so in turn we woller around in a continuous search for more and for better things. We have lived in excess from Gods blessings but we didn’t and we don’t stand strong by his word and therefore our country is under his judgment.
Only through our humility to God can this country alter its course, which after all the dreams and visions I have had and what I read in the book… “The Harbinger” by Johnathan Cahn… is destruction of the country and split into two pieces just like ancient Israel when the North and South divided because of their decent from God. My wife had the dream when she was dying of cancer and undergoing chemo of our country fallen into shambles and rubble. (There’s a story to it on my site) I see warnings now of division of this country, abortion divides us, because we have been so blessed by God we have become a society of entitled people (we have altered Gods freedom into our own image of what is right), and on top of that add this transgender sin and it’s abuse on our children. We have fallen so far in such a short time, our great society, now being torn apart from within. California leading the way with an awful set of laws being passed to umbrella children in the entire United States into their insane transgender laws recently passed. New York City, which was originally the capital of the United States before DC, they passed the original abortion laws into their legislation in New York City in 1970, (which later lead to Row vs Wade) and led the way to unspeakable blood shed through the killing of unborn children through abortion not only in our country but a profound influence throughout the entire modern world. The innocent blood from abortions has dwarfed number of sacrifices made by Israel, Gods chosen nation, that was destroyed for those reasons. Yet we stand proud and say God bless America.
There is one simple verse in the Bible our country must do to alter the course of our judgment. 2 Chronicles chapter 7 verse 14 “If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves, and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. “. This is our only salvation, a full return to God.
Our country’s problems are from decay from within, we have inherited because of a country whom which was founded upon Christianity and is falling away from God. A country as blessed as ours falls under the curses of God when we use good for evil (for instance using Gods promise of the rainbow, using that same symbol as same sex marriage, a practice passed into our law, deemed evil by God, yet it was celebrated). When we pass into law, practices that are forbidden by him, and we rejoice and call it strong will and determination to not fail, you may think it’s victory, but in the wrong direction. What you think is gain is loss and what you think is loss is gain. In all reality what we are doing is fighting to legalize sin and turn his blessings away from us.
Spend one whole day actually researching the news and world events and you will find the reality of our world is while Vladimir Putin adds military training into their school systems to prepare for upcoming wars , their are places in America where we are doing even more stupid things than that and forcing transgender education into our public schools. They are normalizing for war and in parts we are normalizing in radical sins against God. How can we expect to survive in a world preparing for war when we are forcing sin upon our children and pushing away our great protector God.
Return to God as a nation starts with its people, that means every single one of us. Don’t stand and say there’s no need what can I do for I am only one person. Well the good news is we don’t have to have the answer, all we must do is repent and turn from our ways and turn to God, the redemption starts at home with each individual, then God will do the work and fix the nation and all its problems. Our country is under judgment, repent so we may be saved.
